Doug Smart

Doug established Smart & Co in 2008 following a career encompassing roles as Development Director, Head of Planning & Development and Landlord & Tenant Associate. With a breadth of national experience including agency and development Doug also has an excellent record of securing enviable results in the rent review arena. He is also retained by an international client to find and secure new sites for their expansion programme throughout Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Doug has 3 young children but when he does get time to himself, Doug enjoys the odd round of golf, shooting, skiing, mountain-biking and running.

Graeme Duncan

Graeme joined as a Director in January 2017 having come from a well known national surveying practice where he was head of the commercial team for Scotland. He has an unrivalled breadth of knowledge of the Tayside commercial property market. In addition to being one of Perths' most active agents, Graeme is the primary contact for the firms valuation, rating and property management work. 

Graeme can often be found mountain-biking around the hills of Perthshire in his spare time.
